Learn all about the art masters in this Budding Artist workshop. This first session in a four-part series is themed around Vincent Van Gogh. Learn about Van Gogh and other masters through stories and games and create your own art masterpieces!
Workshops are for ages 6-10 years old and the fee is $25.

Bring your pumpkin for a carving party and leave the mess to us! We have all the supplies you need to carve your spooky masterpiece and some designs to inspire! You can leave it on display at the museum or take it home with you! Also enjoy pumpkin cookie decorating and face-painting!

Celebrate early learners all day today! Developmentally appropriate activities will be lead by our Education Specialists for caregivers and their children to take part in. Activities include the Science of Water, Move Your Body and Storytelling and Creating!
Thursday, October 28 5-8 p.m.
Dress up in your favourite costume for some ghoulish fun! Trick-or-treat on the Street Where You Live, explore haunted caves, create spooky slime and so much more! Join special guest David Carruthers for a Cool Ghoul performance. We will also be accepting food donations to the food bank.
The Children's Museum will be closing at 4 p.m. today and re-opening at 5 p.m. for the Family Halloween Party. Pizza will also be available for purchase at 5 p.m. until supplies last.

Come for a pizza party wearing your favourite costume and then hit the dance floor! This Party Rockers video dance party is for ages seven to 13 years old and features all-request music and videos plus dance competitions and prizes, a snack shop and glow sticks!
Tickets are $20 for a pizza combo plus dance ticket. Pre-registration is required.
