Day Camps at the Children's Museum
Summer Day Camp Themes 2013 - Just Annouced!
Available on P.D. days and the summer, our day camps are filled with exciting adventures! As a member of HIGH FIVE, the Children's Museum is committed to excellence in children's recreation programs and provides a day camp experience where children are safe, special and empowered.
What you should know:
*Pre-registration is required.
*Programs are designed for children aged 3-12 years old
*Campers arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am and can be picked up between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. Photo identification is required at pick-up time.
*Outdoor play is usually every day after lunch (weather permitting) and may include an offsite adventure to Ivey Park and/or the park at the Fork of the Thames
*Children ages 7-12 will go swimming on Thursdays at the Boys and Girls Club from 1-2pm while children ages 3-6 will go to the Splash Pad at Ivey Park from 1-2pm (weather permitting)
*Tween campers MAY also go to Covent Garden Market, Springbank Park and the London Bike Path
*Lunch (including a drink and 2 snacks) is provided daily for campers registered in a full week of day camp. bikeCAMP and Culinary Creations campers are encouraged to bring an additional snack
*Dress for a mess!
*You will also receive a camp letter at the time of registration (ex. What to pack!)
*Cancellations received seven days prior to the date booked are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than one week notice.
We are committed to providing the best day camp experience for all children. Please advise us in advance if your child has any special needs or fill out the "All Kids in Camp" form. Subsidies are available to families in need.
Purchase a Family Membership ($100+HST) or Family Passport ($110+HST) and receive the discounted day camp rate along with the other benefits of membership.
