Member Morning - May 9, 2015

Member mornings are our way of saying thank you to our members! Held once a month, member mornings take place before the London Children's Museum opens to the public, giving members early access to our exhibits and demonstrations.

Shadow Play - June 1, 2015

See how Londoners of age 0ne to 100 react to five pieces of public art using poetry, photographs, art, and words. Sylvia Curtis-Norcross (Artist in Residence at London Bridge) will be here to run interactive programming linked to their display for the month of June.

Day Camps at the Children's Museum

Learning and fun never stop at the Children’s Museum! Available on PD days, school holidays and during the summer, our day camps are filled with exciting adventures!  As a member of HIGH FIVE, the Children's Museum is committed to excellence in children's recreation programs and provides a day camp experience where children are safe, special and empowered. 

Outdoor play is scheduled each day and may include offsite adventures like going to local parks and community attractions.  In the summer, campers even get to go swimming and to splash pads, depending upon age and ability.

What you should know:

  • Pre-registration is required (forms below).
  • Programs are designed for children ages 3-12 years (children must be toilet trained).
  • Our camp ratio is 1 staff to 8 campers.
  • Arrival time for campers is between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  • Pick-up time for campers is between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Photo identification is required at pick-up time.
  • Full-week summer & March Break day campers are provided with lunch (including a drink and 2 snacks).
  • Pizza lunch is available on PD day camps for an additional cost.
  • Dress for a mess! 
  • PD Day Campers (including March Break) are given a Children’s Museum t-shirt to wear for the day. Summer campers are required to purchase a t-shirt at $10/each. 
  • You will receive a letter at the time of registration providing important information and details.
  • Cancellations received seven days prior to the date booked are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than one week notice.
  • Camp subsidies are available upon request.

Select and complete the applicable registration form below. Registration forms can either faxed to 519-434-1443, scanned and emailed to [email protected], or returned in person to the front desk at the Children's Museum. 

We are committed to providing the best day camp experience for all children. Please advise us in advance if your child has any special needs and fill out the "All Kids in Camp" form. Subsidies are available to families in need. Please ask about our Share the Fun program.
