Update: COVID-19 Temporary Closure
At this time, the London Children’s Museum remains temporarily closed. While museums are permitted to open during Stage 2 of the Province of Ontario’s re-opening protocol, “interactive and high-contact exhibits” must remain closed. Under these guidelines, the London Children’s Museum is not yet able to open to our visitors.
We are thankful to all our members and friends who have inquired about our re-opening and continue to offer their support. We look forward to providing visitors with meaningful learning experiences in a space that is safe, welcoming, and joyful, as soon as we are able to do so.
In the meantime, we remain committed to supporting children and families with engaging at-home learning experiences through our social media channels. Tune in for DIY science experiments, art activities, and behind-the-scenes artifacts. We will also be rolling out new virtual summer programs in the weeks to come.
We are happy to extend all London Children’s Museum memberships to account for the length of our temporary closure. This includes memberships purchased prior to and during our closure. We want to ensure every member family can take advantage of their full year of unlimited play.
How You Can Help
As a registered charity, the London Children’s Museum relies on the generosity of our community. You can help the London Children’s Museum during our temporary closure by:
- Making a donation. Your gift will support our programming and help us prepare to re-open.
- Purchasing a membership for your family or as a gift.
- Sharing our at-home programming on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
We look forward to welcoming our community through our doors again soon!
