Day Camp

London Children’s Museum day camps include play-based learning, real museum artifacts, gallery exploration, and outdoor activities.

 

Day Camp FAQ

  • Open to children ages 4-9
  • Day camp programming runs 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Day camp drop-off begins at 8:30 am; pick-up ends at 5:00 pm
  • Camp ratio is 1 staff member for every 8 campers
  • T-Shirts: Campers are required to wear a green London Children’s Museum camp t-shirt. Camp t-shirts can be purchased for $15+HST at our Welcome Desk at drop-off. T-shirts can be borrowed for single-day camps only. 
  • Members: Membership does not guarantee a day camp spot. Day camp registrations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to our front desk, either in person, by email, or by phone. Cancellations received 7 days prior to the start of camp are subject to a refund minus a $50.00 non-refundable deposit per week or $10.00 per day. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the start of camp are non-refundable. Cancellations due to medical reasons or extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a full museum closure due to inclement weather, camp families will be notified as soon as possible, and all camp families will receive a full refund. In inclement weather situations in which the museum remains open and city services are running, refunds will not be given for those who choose to withdraw their campers.
  • Additional Support: If your child receives support in school, please contact us before registering for day camp. We would like to learn more about your child's needs and preferences in order to provide them with the best day camp experience possible. We are unable to offer 1:1 support. Summer Day Camp

*Four-day camp week. There is no summer day camp on July 1 and August 3 due to Statutory Holiday.

 

Registration Opens:

  • Members Only: Saturday, March 7 at 10:00 am for Week 1-5 (July)
    • Registration opens to the general public on Sunday, March 8 at 10:00 am, subject to availability
  • Members Only: Saturday, March 14 at 10:00 am for Week 6-10 (August)
    • Registration opens to the general public on Sunday, March 15 at 10:00 am, subject to availability

Please note: Membership does not guarantee a day camp spot. Day camp registrations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Pricing: 

  • $310 Non-members | $285 Members (per 5-day week)
  • $248 Non-members | $228 Members (per 4-day week)
  • Early drop-off is available beginning at 8:00 am for $20 (per week)
  • Late pick-up is available ending at 5:30 pm for $20 (per week)
  • Families who register for camp will receive a link to purchase early drop-off and late pick-up options after completing their registration

 

 

Camp Subsidies

Applications for Summer 2026 day camp subsidies will open on April 1, 2026, and close on April 30, 2026. Subsidies are intended to support families who face financial barriers to participating in our summer day camps.

Each child may receive a subsidy for up to one week of camp. Please note that demand is high and, unfortunately, not all applicants will be able to receive funding. All families will be notified of their application status by May 15, 2026.
