Member FAQ

1. How do I renew my membership?

Click here to renew your membership.

2. Why are membership prices changing?

In preparation for our move to 100 Kellogg Lane, current memberships at 21 Wharncliffe Rd S will expire on or before September 30, 2024. New memberships are sold at a prorated price to reflect this.

3. What will memberships at the NEW London Children's Museum at 100 Kellogg Lane look like?

The membership structure at our future location has not yet been finalized. Our goal is to create a membership structure that is more flexible, customizable, and works for every family. As always, accessibility remains a focus of the London Children’s Museum. We believe every child should have access to the museum. We will continue to offer subsidized memberships and admission to families with financial barriers, even in the new building. We will keep our current members updated with special deals, discounts, and exclusive opportunities as we get closer to our grand opening.

4. How do I register for an upcoming visit?

Click the “Admission” button in the top right corner. Walk-ins are welcome, however, you may choose to register in advance.

5. Do I need to register for my upcoming visit?

Unearth Wonder

Help build our NEW dinosaur exhibit at 100 Kellogg Lane!

The future London Children’s Museum was shaped by the ideas and dreams of over 500 children, families, and community members. And children in our community made one thing very clear - our new home would not be complete without dinosaurs!
