Join us for moments of discovery outside the museum and in the community!

Outreach programs bring the London Children’s Museum beyond our building and into schools, libraries, community centres, and neighbourhood spaces across our region! Find us in your neighborhood at special events and community gathering spaces for fun activities that bring discover, play and exploration to you!

An Enchanting Afternoon: Peter and the Wolf | London Symhonia

Get creative before the London Symphonia's performance of Peter and the Wolf as you step into the story and create a headband inspired by the story's characters! Using simple materials, concert-goers will design and craft their own wolf, duck, bird, or cat headband to wear as they enjoy the London Symphonia's performance.

Maple Heritage Festival | Museum of Ontario Archaeology

As maple season marks the return of spring, it’s the perfect time to explore how plants grow! 
How do plants grow from seeds? Learn about a plant’s life cycle by germinating seeds and create your own biodegradable plant pot that can be planted right into your garden at home! Get hands-on with nature as you examine the different parts of a plant under a microscope in this fun, exploratory program.
