Gift cards can be purchased online or in person at the London Children's Museum.
Currently, gift cards must be redeemed in person at the London Children's Museum or by contacting us. Gift cards can be redeemed towards general admission, memberships, and shop items. Gift cards cannot be redeemed towards birthday parties, day camps, facility rentals, or self-guided group bookings.

London Children’s Museum memberships cannot be applied to field trips, education programs, or facility rentals.
Member FAQ
- 1. Do members need to register for upcoming visits?
We recommend London Children's Museum members register for their visits in advance. Walk-in space may be available, depending on capacity. Admission often sells out on weekends and holidays.
- 2. How do memberships work?
London Children's Museum memberships can be customized to meet the needs of every family. Memberships entitle named cardholders to the benefits listed above. All family members over the age of 12 months must be listed on the membership in order to receive the listed benefits, including free admission, discounts, and more.
- 3. Does every member of my family need a membership?
Memberships can be customized to meet the needs of your family. Membership equates to approximately 3.5 visits per year. We recommend purchasing a membership for family members, over the age of 1, who will visit more than 3.5 times per year.
- 4. When do memberships start?
Memberships are valid for one year from date of purchase. Gift memberships allow you to select a future start from date of purchase.
- 5. Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Yes! Visit our membership page and select "Gift" along the top menu bar. Purchasing a gift memberships allows you to select a future membership start date.
- 6. Do infants require a membership?
Children 12 months and under are free and do not require a membership.
- 7. Can I upgrade my membership to include more family members?
Yes! If you have already purchased a membership and would like to upgrade to include more adults or children on the membership, please contact us at info [at] londonchildrensmuseum.ca (info[at]londonchildrensmuseum[dot]ca) or 519-434-5726. Maximum of 2 adults and 6 children per household membership.
- 8. Can other friends and family members use my membership?
Memberships allow named cardholders to receive free admission when visiting the London Children’s Museum. If you would like to add additional family members or caregivers to your membership, please upgrade your membership by contacting us at info [at] londonchildrensmuseum.ca (info[at]londonchildrensmuseum[dot]ca) or 519-434-5726.
- 9. My member discount is not being applied to admission, birthday party, or camp registration.
