Celebrate the power of play with us all week long!
At the London Children’s Museum, we celebrate the power of play every day—but this week, we’re giving it a little extra love! With support from our friends at Spin Master, we’re inviting visitors to join us in honouring the International Day of Play and the incredible impact play has on how children learn, grow, and discover!
About the International Day of Play
Recognized by the United Nations, the International Day of Play celebrates every child’s right to play—because play isn’t just fun, it’s essential. Through play, children make sense of the world around them. They solve problems, express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others. Play sparks curiosity, encourages creativity, and supports lifelong learning.
