The London Children's Museum is a registered charity that believes every child should have access to hands-on learning.
Our membership subsidy program is made possible by generous grants, donations, and community support. Because demand is very high, subsidies are distributed through a monthly lottery system to ensure a fair and equitable process.
About Membership Subsidies
Membership subsidies are intended for families experiencing financial barriers that would otherwise prevent them from accessing the London Children's Museum. This may include, but is not limited to, single-caregiver households, families receiving social assistance (such as Ontario Works or ODSP), newcomer families, and more.
Applications are open to families living within approximately 50 km of London, Ontario. Paid memberships directly support our charitable programs and help make subsidies possible for others. If your family is able to purchase a membership, we appreciate your support.
How it Works
- Families only need to apply once per year (year ending August 31, 2026)
- Eligible applications are entered into a monthly lottery draw.
- Applications remain in the lottery throughout the application period.
- Submitting more than one application per year will result in duplicate applications being removed.
- Applications are open until August 31, 2026.
- Families selected through the lottery will be notified by email with next steps.
