What To Expect

As per the Province of Ontario:

  • Beginning March 1, 2022, visitors are not required to provide proof of vaccination.
  • Beginning March 21, 2022, visitors are not required to wear a mask; however, masks continue to be welcomed and appreciated. 

The health and safety of our visitors continue to be the London Children’s Museum’s top priority. To ensure a fun and safe visit for everyone, the following protocols are in effect:

  1. The London Children’s Museum is operating at a reduced visitor capacity.
  2. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the museum.
  3. Food and beverage consumption is limited to designated seating areas or outdoors. 
  4. We are asking visitors to postpone their visit if they are feeling unwell.

Please postpone your visit to the London Children’s Museum if

  • You are currently experiencing fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, runny nose, congestion, decrease or loss of taste or smell, pink eye, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, muscle aches, joint pain, or extreme tiredness.
  • You or anyone you live with is currently experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (listed above) and/or waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms.
  • You have travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days and have been told to quarantine as per the federal quarantine requirements.
  • A doctor, health care provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be isolating.
  • You have received a COVID Alert exposure notification on your cell phone.
  • You tested positive on a rapid antigen test or home-based self-testing kit in the last 5 days if you are fully vaccinated or in the last 10 days if you are unvaccinated or immunocompromised.

Please note that while the London Children’s Museum continues to adhere to health and safety guidelines to keep you safe, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By being in public spaces like the London Children’s Museum, you voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure.
